Our story
My name is Miriam. I graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava. After school, I got a job as an auditor in one of the four largest auditing companies in Slovakia. It didn't take long and I realized that my "ME" needed more freedom. I love traveling, and thanks to this hobby, my friends and I visited several exhibitions focused on different segments as part of our travels. I have reserved taste, what I like and what I don't like. On the occasion of the realization of the interiors, I could not find suppliers who could realize my vision, so the idea came to bring exclusive products to the market. This is how our company smartdeco s.r.o., which deals with interior design, was born. After several successful projects, the clients approached us for Christmas decoration in 2023. This year was crucial for us because I always loved Christmas as a child and I still love holiday decorating. Another idea came for the implementation of Christmas and celebrations, and so the ornamenta company was born. Our desire to travel and get to know the world gave us a unique opportunity to bring to the Slovak market pieces that enchant Slovak customers.
